If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of these products you have purchased at morellpetproducts.com, you may return the unused portion for a full refund less shipping. To qualify you must notify us of the return of your item(s) within 60 days of receipt of your order. Orders shipped outside of the USA are not eligible for refunds.

Shipping:
All orders will be shipped by the US Post Office, UPS, or FedEx. If you wish to have an order insured, it is the customers responsibility, not Morell Pet Products.
Ship to address:
Please be careful to insure you provide the correct shipping address. Any error will delay shipping and may result in a lost shipment, which is the responsibility of the customer. If there is a fee from the shipper to correct an address, the customer is responsible to pay this fee and we will automatically charge it to your credit card or method of payment.
Order Change or Canceling an Order:
Once an order is placed online, it is a committed order. If you wish to cancel, please contact us and we will make every effort to cancel, assuming it has not been processed. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a cancellation or take responsibility to modify or cancel an order.
Back Orders:
In the event an item is on backorder we can do the following. Simply inform us of your preference: hold the order and ship complete; this could take up to two weeks.
Ship the item separately from the other items in order once it is available (additional shipping applies). Cancel back-orders at time of order.

Return of products shipped with free shipping:
Any items being returned that were shipped with no shipping cost (free shipping), will be charged $5.95 if returned for a refund, for any reason. This amount will be deducted from the refund. This includes partial order returns.
Return/Exchange Instructions:
Notify us of your return at info@morellpetproducts.com within 60 days of receipt of your order.
Use a trackable and or insured shipping method as we can not be responsible for lost shipments. Be sure to retain a copy of the invoice for your records. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend you send your return via USPS or FedEx. Original shipping costs and return shipping fees are not refundable.

Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival and all exchanges will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 4-6 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Returns will be processed within five business days of receipt and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
Damaged Items:
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at info@morellpetproducts.com. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier, if needed.
